Ltd., are brand new and 100% genuine. In case, the product you have received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’, our Return policy has got you covered. Possible resolution could be Replacement or Refund depending on the case. Your return request will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.

What should I do if I receive a Damaged or Defective Item?
If an item is found defective or damaged, please get in touch with our Customer Support or Call on +91-7028919491/92 within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product. Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item through our courier partners. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through a third-party courier service and we will return the courier cost.
How do I cancel an order?
You have to send email to email@example.com cancellation request. You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped to you.
How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
Once you request the cancellation of your order, it will take us a maximum of 24-48 hours to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund.
